About Us

Started in 2007 Cempty Learning is geared to help people learn how to use a computer. Cempty is a play on my initials CMT.  Ever since I've been little I've used Cempty for different things.

Mike Tompkins - 15 years of computer experience and training.  I’ve always seen the need to help older folks learn that new technology is nothing to be afraid of.  I’ve helped family, friends and many clients learn to use computers safely and easily.

The internet and communication software – like instant messaging, e-mail and video conferencing – make keeping in touch with long-distance family and friends a whole lot easier.  If you’re unsure of these technologies, I’m here to help.

I’ve developed some fun techniques to teach you how to use your computer and I won’t use confusing jargon.  I’ll teach you just what you want to learn in a way you’ll understand and enjoy.
